The Koll Custom Home represents a complete ICF structural system: Fox Blocks forms stacked and braced across the full building envelope, reinforcing steel placed to structural specifications, then a single monolithic concrete pour that locks form and structure together in one assembly.
Continuous foam insulation on both wall faces eliminates the thermal bridging common in conventional framing. The result is a building envelope with substantially reduced air infiltration and a stable interior environment regardless of coastal weather conditions.
Penna Construction managed the ICF installation throughout. Forming Solutions supplied the Fox Blocks product, coordinated delivery to site, and provided technical guidance during the bracing and pour phases.
